Resolve:An issue was
brought up at the June WHS Unit Meeting concerning
the late posting of 401k employee funds. In a letter dated Dec 9, 2008 from the City of
West Haven it informed the Union
that it is now in compliance with regulations regarding the remittance of
contributions. That an improved
reporting process of contributions and remittances have been made on a more
frequent basis.
